Epic Revenue Cycle Product Owner
Job Summary
Leading the technical design process, the full-time Epic Revenue Cycle Product Owner will execute the strategic direction and manage the product backlog while working remotely with cross-functional teams to drive product experience goals and deliver innovative technology solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on the product roadmap and stakeholder requirements
- Conduct demos to showcase product value and lead the technical design process for development and architecture
- Define and track KPIs and measurable success criteria to ensure alignment with business objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or healthcare discipline
- Nine or more years of related experience, with a preference for healthcare technology experience
- Epic experience in Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, HIM, and Access
- In-depth knowledge of associated technology areas impacting product responsibilities
- Epic certification is preferred
