Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Instructional Designer and Quality Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor key performance indicators and provide feedback for employee training
• Evaluate workflows and develop process improvements for Epic applications
• Conduct regular check-ins with leadership and provide detailed performance reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in training
• Epic Revenue Cycle Application Certification required
• 5+ years of hospital revenue cycle experience
• 2+ years of quality auditing or EHR training experience
• Certification or proficiency in one or more Epic Curriculum applications (or obtained within 3 months of employment)
