Job Summary

To support hospital financial operations, the contract Epic Revenue Cycle Support Analyst will work remotely, focusing on maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing Epic Revenue Cycle applications to ensure efficient billing and claims processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support for Epic Revenue Cycle applications, resolving system issues and user-reported incidents
  • Troubleshoot and analyze problems related to billing, claims, reimbursement, and patient account workflows
  • Collaborate with Revenue Cycle stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend system enhancements
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Active Epic certification required (e.g., HB, PB, Claims, or related Revenue Cycle modules)
  • Proven experience supporting hospital Revenue Cycle operations, including patient access, billing, and denial management
  • Experience troubleshooting complex system and workflow issues
  • Strong understanding of integrated workflows across Epic Revenue Cycle applications
  • Ability to analyze current processes and recommend improvements
