Epic Revenue Integrity Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Consultant, Epic Revenue Integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize charge capture workflows and align clinical documentation with charge generation
• Collaborate with Epic analysts to design and revise workflows, ensuring proper use of charge triggers and related functionalities
• Conduct revenue integrity audits, perform data analysis, and design dashboards for ongoing monitoring

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in an Epic Revenue Integrity leadership position
• Certification in at least one of Epic's revenue cycle applications, with hands-on experience in HB/PB charging
• Deep understanding of the revenue cycle and strategies to prevent lost revenue
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to bridge technical configuration with operational needs
