Epic RTE Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Epic RTE Analyst on a contract basis with potential for conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational support of Real Time Eligibility and related Epic modules
- Plan mapping, query chaining, and benefit filing
- Production support for eligibility workflows and addressing a backlog of tickets requiring specialized RTE expertise
Required Qualifications and Education
- Prelude Epic certification required (certified or accredited)
- Deep hands-on Real Time Eligibility experience with Epic Prelude is required
- RTE must be the primary focus of recent work history
- Experience with eligibility troubleshooting, plan mapping, query chaining, and benefit filing
- Must currently reside in an approved state (AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, MS, MO, OK, SD, TX, or WV)
