Job Summary
Providing Epic RTE build and support, the contract Epic Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) Analyst will work remotely for a 3-month engagement, assisting clients in the Northeast by managing tickets and application support.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Epic RTE build and support to clients
- Manage tickets and queues for application support
- Collaborate with the Continuous Services team to ensure effective service delivery
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Epic RTE (Real-Time Eligibility)
- Prior managed services or application support experience
- Commitment to the engagement without moonlighting
