Epic RTE Solutions Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Certified RTE Solutions Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality while ensuring clear documentation for usability
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure optimal system performance
• Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues

Required Qualifications

• Epic RTE Certification is required
• Cadence and/or Prelude certification/proficiency highly desired
• Minimum of 3 years of Certified RTE build, configuration, and implementation/support required
• Experience in TriZetto and/or Experian clearing house highly preferred
• Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
