Epic Scheduling Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduling & Referral Systems Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and operationalize enterprise referral standards and lifecycle from initiation to closure
• Lead the design and sustainment of Epic guided scheduling tools and optimize scheduling and referral work queues
• Monitor enterprise performance metrics and translate insights into strategic recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, informatics, or related field; Master's preferred
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in ambulatory access, referral management, or clinical operations
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders
• Fluency in Epic EHR technologies and workflows
• Proven experience in complex workflow redesign and collaboration
