Job Summary
A company is looking for an Epic Scheduling Optimization Specialist to join their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Epic scheduling templates and decision trees
- Support daily Epic scheduling configuration needs across ambulatory departments
- Analyze scheduling data to identify trends and recommend improvements
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Epic Cadence Certification (must be obtained within 1 year of hire)
- 3 years of direct experience with Epic scheduling templates and configurations
- Experience in conducting end-user training and creating documentation
- Proficiency in Epic reporting tools and Microsoft Excel
