Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Epic scheduling templates and decision trees
• Support daily Epic scheduling configuration needs across ambulatory departments
• Analyze scheduling data to identify trends and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Epic Cadence Certification (must be obtained within 1 year of hire)
• 3 years of direct experience with Epic scheduling templates and configurations
• Experience in conducting end-user training and creating documentation
• Proficiency in Epic reporting tools and Microsoft Excel
