Epic Security Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Security Analyst to support high-volume access operations in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provision, modify, and terminate Epic user access, including onboarding and offboarding
• Manage and execute work within a high-volume ServiceNow queue, handling numerous access-related tickets
• Troubleshoot Epic access issues and document decisions and actions for audit compliance

Required Qualifications

• Epic Security certification with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Epic Security
• Experience with Epic import and export activities
• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Preferred experience with Epic integrations or identity access management tools like SailPoint
• Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting
