Epic Security Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Epic Security Analyst II will manage Epic application access provisioning and deprovisioning, participate in IAM/IGA automation efforts, and ensure compliance with access governance and audit readiness in a high-volume hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute high-volume ServiceNow ticket operations for access changes, troubleshooting, and triage
• Collaborate with application teams to develop and maintain scalable access models and governance structures
• Assist in maintaining an Epic access catalog and support access reviews and investigations related to privacy concerns

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited institution
• Epic certification(s), with a strong preference for Security
• 2+ years of experience in Epic security/access or healthcare IT security operations
• Proficiency in Epic import/export and Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-volume ticket environment while maintaining quality documentation
