Epic Security Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Epic Security Analyst will design, analyze, develop, test, implement, and provide tier two technical assistance for Epic applications, while also consulting with stakeholders to configure software and troubleshoot issues.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Epic software solutions to meet organizational needs
• Provide tier two technical support and troubleshoot application-related issues
• Consult with stakeholders to configure and build Epic applications effectively

Required qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required for the Epic Analyst level; Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required for Sr. Analyst level
• At least 2 years of direct Epic application build experience for Analyst level; 5 years for Sr. Analyst level
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
• Epic Proficiency, Accreditation, or Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire
• At least two Epic Certifications/Accreditations/Proficiencies required for Senior Analyst level
