Epic Security Analyst II

Job Summary

Providing consultation and guidance to development and technical teams, the full-time Epic Security Analyst II will manage Epic security protocols, perform daily administration functions, and ensure optimal end-user access for supported applications in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Epic security protocols while managing customer access requests and user profiles
• Develop and manage standard security configurations and oversee the implementation of process improvements
• Analyze audit findings and maintain effective communication with stakeholders to address security concerns

Required qualifications

• Associates degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, or Business
• Epic Certifications: Security 101 and Security 200
• Preferred IT Security industry certification (e.g., Security+, A+, CCNA)
• Minimum of four years of information technology experience and three years in customer support
• Strong collaboration skills with credentialing and provider management functions
