Epic Senior Analyst

Job Summary

As a full-time Epic Senior Analyst, this role focuses on leading complex projects, providing advanced technical support, and mentoring junior analysts while working remotely to enhance patient care and optimize operational efficiency within Epic systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end-user support, analyze system problems, and collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Design, implement, and support applications while ensuring ongoing optimization and performance, including conducting system testing and quality assurance
• Develop and maintain documentation, including training materials, and partner with clinical staff to evaluate and maintain systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
• Minimum of three (3) years of related experience is required
• Combination of post-high school education, job-related certification, and/or related experience equivalent to seven (7) years may be considered
• Two or more Epic Certifications, including Prelude, Eligibility, and Referrals
