Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing team of Epic Prelude, Cadence, and HIM Analysts
• Oversee project portfolios and ensure effective configuration, optimization, testing, and integration efforts
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and partner with stakeholders to maintain application scalability and security

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of extensive experience in Epic Prelude, Cadence, and HIM
• 5+ years of experience managing technical teams or leading large-scale initiatives
• Deep understanding of patient access operations and health information management processes
• Strong program management skills with expertise in governance and risk management
• College degree in computer science, information science, or equivalent work experience
