Epic Solution Delivery Specialist
Job Summary
Providing expert-level support across multiple Epic modules, the remote Senior Specialist, Epic Solution Delivery will oversee product lifecycles, mentor team members, and act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders while supporting complex development efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct complex design work, including workflow assessments and proposing advanced Epic solutions
- Assist with project management tasks, leading smaller projects and development initiatives within Epic applications
- Provide mentorship to Analysts and Senior Analysts on project tasks and Epic configurations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, Epic product development, and/or enterprise software delivery
- 5+ years of Epic experience with a deep understanding of Epic system configurations and workflows
- Associate's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Informatics, or related fields or equivalent experience
- Epic certification in one or more relevant applications completed and maintained
- Strong project management skills, including progress reporting and risk management
