Epic Solution Delivery Specialist
Job Summary
Providing expert-level support across multiple Epic modules, the remote Senior Specialist, Epic Solution Delivery will oversee product lifecycles, mentor team members, and ensure quality standards while managing complex development efforts and cross-functional projects.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct complex design work, including workflow assessments and proposing advanced Epic solutions for custom workflows or integrations
- Assist with project management tasks such as planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for Epic implementation projects
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Analysts and Senior Analysts on project tasks and Epic configurations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, Epic product development, and/or enterprise software delivery
- 5+ years of Epic experience with a deep understanding of Epic system configurations and workflows
- Associate's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Informatics, or related fields or equivalent experience
- Required Epic certification in one or more relevant applications, such as Cadence or Prelude
- Strong project management skills, including progress reporting and risk management
