Epic Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Cheers Solutions Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Member Marketing Digital and Creative team to set up, build, deploy, and track campaigns within Epic
• Analyze operational workflows to identify technological gaps and enhancements, and provide insights to inform campaign strategy
• Define success measures for proposed solutions and monitor their effectiveness, providing feedback to stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of four years of experience in healthcare, product development, or analytics
• At least three years of experience working with Epic EMR and Epic Cheers certification
• Experience in implementing consumer marketing campaigns using various channels
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and drawing actionable conclusions
