Job Summary
A company is looking for an Epic Managed Services Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 support for Epic ClinDoc, Orders, Stork, and ASAP
- Troubleshoot incidents and service requests while adhering to SLAs and ITIL best practices
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to optimize workflows and perform system configuration in Epic applications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare, Nursing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Epic application support experience, specifically with ClinDoc, Orders, Stork, and ASAP
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows in inpatient, ED, and obstetrics settings
- Epic ClinDoc, Orders, Stork, and/or ASAP certification(s) preferred
- Experience working in a 24x7 support model with SLAs and ITIL processes preferred
