Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Managed Services Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 2 support for Epic ClinDoc, Orders, Stork, and ASAP
  • Troubleshoot incidents and service requests while adhering to SLAs and ITIL best practices
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership to optimize workflows and perform system configuration in Epic applications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare, Nursing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of Epic application support experience, specifically with ClinDoc, Orders, Stork, and ASAP
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows in inpatient, ED, and obstetrics settings
  • Epic ClinDoc, Orders, Stork, and/or ASAP certification(s) preferred
  • Experience working in a 24x7 support model with SLAs and ITIL processes preferred
