Epic Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Bus Systems Analyst - Epic to lead and optimize Epic applications remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders for Epic applications
• Provide strategic guidance on Epic system design and oversee complex build and integration efforts
• Manage large-scale Epic upgrade projects and develop documentation and training materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare IT, with at least 3 years focused on Epic systems
• Hands-on experience with Epic Beaker CP and/or AP applications
• Proven experience leading complex Epic implementation or optimization projects
• Solid understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical processes, and regulatory compliance
