Epic Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Printing Systems Analyst I.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Epic printer mapping for outpatient and inpatient modules and provide support for Epic applications
• Assist with project tasks, documentation, and operational objectives while ensuring effective communication across teams
• Provide first-level diagnostic Help Desk support and after-hours on-call support

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and one year of relevant experience, or equivalent experience
• High School Diploma/GED with three years of experience, or completion of ITD apprenticeship and two years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• ITIL Foundations Certification upon or within six months of hire
