Job Summary
The full-time remote Epic Systems Analyst will configure, implement, and optimize Epic Systems to enhance clinical and business processes, collaborating with healthcare providers and IT staff while providing training and support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Epic modules, optimizing them for clinical and business workflows while troubleshooting user-reported issues
- Assist in planning, testing, and implementing system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
- Provide ongoing training to end-users and maintain documentation of system configurations and performance reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in product management, focusing on technical products, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in launching and managing technical products in a competitive market
