Epic Systems Analyst Certification Required

Job Summary

To enhance clinical and business information systems, the full-time remote Sr. Epic Systems Analyst will manage application software selection, implementation, and support, while ensuring stakeholder engagement and troubleshooting system issues, requiring Epic Systems Analyst Certification.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional projects, identify barriers, and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Develop partnerships with operational staff and serve as a subject matter advisor for application-related inquiries
• Investigate and troubleshoot application issues, participating in critical incident responses as necessary

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Epic certification(s) or ability to achieve certification as required by the department
• Three years of experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs)
• Ability to act independently with minimal oversight and mentor less experienced team members
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills
