Epic Systems Analyst - Ohio

Job Summary

Supporting the design, build, testing, training, and deployment of Epic applications, the full-time Epic Systems Analyst - IP Orders will work remotely to optimize clinical workflows and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with operational leaders and end users.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and design Epic builds that align with operational goals
• Support small projects and enhancements related to system implementations and upgrades
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and workflows, ensuring clarity and compliance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in system/application analysis or related IT experience in a healthcare environment
• Experience with Epic applications and healthcare workflows
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, workflow design, and testing
• Familiarity with ITIL, change control, and project methodologies such as waterfall and agile
