Epic Systems Application Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Epic applications analysts, the full-time Application/Analyst Manager will drive project execution, oversee daily system operations, and ensure alignment of application capabilities with clinical and organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and resource a high-performing team of Epic analysts during implementation and post-go-live maintenance
• Oversee end-to-end execution of clinical application initiatives, including new module rollouts and major version upgrades
• Ensure application stability and compliance with SLAs while managing efficient ticket resolution and proactive system maintenance

Required qualifications

• Proven track record managing teams of Epic analysts in both implementation and maintenance environments
• Strong project management skills with experience in delivering complex application updates and large-scale implementations
• Prior hands-on experience as an Epic Analyst with knowledge of build, testing, and system workflows
• Excellent team-building and stakeholder management skills
