Epic Tapestry Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare organization, the remote contract Epic Tapestry Analyst will serve as the primary build expert for configuring, building, and installing the Tapestry application, requiring strong experience in benefits, claims, and contracts.

Key responsibilities:

• Configure, build, and install the Tapestry application while documenting operational specifications and application functionality
• Develop internal procedures, prepare specifications for system enhancements, and analyze new releases for functionality
• Provide training to end users and troubleshoot issues during training, go-live, and stabilization periods

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must be certified in at least one Epic Tapestry module (e.g., Claims, Contracts Administration, Benefits Engine)
• 5+ years of build experience across the Tapestry module
• Strong experience in UM/Referrals and AP Claims, Contracts, DOFR, and/or Benefit configuration
• Basic project management skills and experience with IT systems and systems development projects
