Job Summary
To support the eligibility and enrollment processes, the full-time Epic Tapestry Application Analyst - CA Licensed will manage solution configuration design, build, and testing remotely for a temporary duration of 17 months.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex system configuration build, testing, validation, and ongoing production support of assigned applications
- Perform in-depth analysis of application capabilities, workflows, and technical issues associated with Epic software
- Develop and document internal procedures and specifications for system enhancements and new releases
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Epic Tapestry Eligibility and Enrollment Administration certification
- 3-5 years of experience with Epic TapMem Module
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Change Management, Jira, and Confluence preferred
- Ability to translate business requirements into configuration solutions
