Epic Tapestry Application Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a highly organized Senior Epic Tapestry Application Analyst in a full-time remote role, who will lead the configuration, build, migration, and production implementation of the Cost Calculator functionality while troubleshooting complex issues and supporting testing and defect resolution.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and build solutions based on technical requirements for Epic Tapestry applications
- Conduct unit testing and create comprehensive documentation for new and existing system configurations
- Support migration and testing efforts, ensuring adherence to change management processes
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Epic Tapestry certification is mandatory
- Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into configuration solutions
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues end-to-end
