Job Summary
Providing leadership and oversight for the Epic Tapestry application team, the temporary Epic Tapestry Applications Manager will manage design, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of health plan functionality within Epic while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Epic Tapestry applications team, including analysts and consultants
- Oversee Epic Tapestry functionality and ensure alignment with operational priorities and regulatory requirements
- Partner with operational and IT leadership to establish application strategy and project roadmaps
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of Epic application experience, particularly with Epic Tapestry
- Previous experience managing or leading an Epic application team strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of managed care, payer, and claims-related workflows
- Experience leading Epic implementations and optimization initiatives
