Job Summary

To support the build and implementation of Appeals and Grievances workflows, an experienced Epic Tapestry Utilization Management Consultant will engage in a three-month remote contract, focusing on designing, configuring, and testing Epic Tapestry functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, and test Epic Tapestry functionality for Appeals and Grievances
• Translate operational and regulatory requirements into effective Epic workflows and configurations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and support integrated testing and deployment activities

Required qualifications

• Current Epic Tapestry Utilization Management certification
• Hands-on experience with Appeals and Grievances functionality in Epic Tapestry
• Strong understanding of utilization management workflows and health plan operations
• Experience in requirements gathering, system build, testing, and implementation support
• Ability to work independently and meet tight project deadlines
