Epic Tapestry UM Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tapestry UM Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize Tapestry UM workflows for prior authorizations and referrals
• Leverage Tapestry Care Link for external provider access, including roles, security, and training materials
• Align UM workflows with benefit plan configuration and claims adjudication processes

Required Qualifications

• Active Epic Tapestry Utilization Management Certification
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Epic Tapestry UM systems
• Experience implementing and supporting Tapestry Care Link for external providers
• Proven abilities in configuring UM routing rules and decision-making tools
• Solid understanding of payer operations and UM regulations, including HIPAA and NCQA
