Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Tapestry Utilization Management Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build Tapestry UM workflows for prior authorizations and referrals
Utilize Tapestry Care Link for external provider access setup and support
Align UM workflows with benefit plan configuration and claims adjudication

Required Qualifications

Active Epic Tapestry Utilization Management Certification
3-5+ years of hands-on Epic Tapestry UM build/support experience
Experience implementing and supporting Tapestry Care Link
Understanding of payer operations and UM regulations
Experience with testing lifecycle and operational reporting for UM KPIs
