Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Technical Support Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, migrate, and manage Epic Client Infrastructure on a virtualized delivery platform
  • Administer and maintain Windows Server environments and manage Active Directory and Group Policies
  • Troubleshoot Epic-related issues and provide exceptional customer service to clinical and technical stakeholders


Required Qualifications:
  • Epic ECSA Certification (Client Systems Administrator)
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT or enterprise systems administration
  • Demonstrated ability to manage support tickets and monitor ticket queues
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations
  • Experience with system monitoring tools such as WhatsUpGold and SystemPulse (preferred)
