Job Summary
A company is looking for an Epic Technical Support Analyst - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, migrate, and manage Epic Client Infrastructure on a virtualized delivery platform
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments and manage Active Directory and Group Policies
- Troubleshoot Epic-related issues and provide exceptional customer service to clinical and technical stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Epic ECSA Certification (Client Systems Administrator)
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT or enterprise systems administration
- Demonstrated ability to manage support tickets and monitor ticket queues
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations
- Experience with system monitoring tools such as WhatsUpGold and SystemPulse (preferred)
