Job Summary

To support healthcare organizations in enhancing their operational efficiency, the full-time hybrid Epic Template Analyst will drive strategic process improvements, manage complex projects, and provide expert guidance on Epic Cadence scheduling template builds and management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Epic Cadence scheduling templates to improve patient access
• Provide strategic advisory services to healthcare clients, ensuring effective implementation and governance of technology solutions
• Collaborate with clinicians and stakeholders to onboard staff and enhance scheduling processes

Required qualifications

• Epic Cadence certification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Epic Advisor
• Hands-on experience in Epic Cadence scheduling template builds and management
• Basic knowledge of decision trees
• Experience onboarding clinicians to improve patient access
