Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Template Specialist for the Rapid Access Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to create and configure workflows and software
• Lead training and education initiatives for stakeholders and end users
• Identify and implement continuous process improvement projects to enhance client performance and satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a scheduling capacity or as a practice manager
• Epic Cadence Certification required within the first 90 days of employment
• Combination of post-secondary education and experience may substitute for a degree
• Experience with workflow analysis and design
• Ability to lead teams and manage integrated issues independently
