Epic Template Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Electronic Health Record (EHR) - Epic Template Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to create and configure workflows and software
• Lead training and education efforts for stakeholders on best practices and template usage
• Identify and implement continuous process improvement projects to enhance client performance and user satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Epic Cadence Certification or 2 years of experience in a scheduling capacity or practice management
• Epic Cadence Certification required within the first 90 days of employment
• Bachelor's Degree or a combination of post-secondary education and experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience in workflow analysis and design
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage change effectively
