Epic Training Analyst Certification

Job Summary

To support the training needs of the organization, the full-time salaried Epic Training Analyst Intermediate will facilitate and deliver technical training, configure and maintain Epic Training applications, and collaborate with various stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Configures, supports, and maintains Epic Training applications while collaborating with business operations and IT
• Develops training curriculum and resources based on the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and analyzes training data for curriculum modifications
• Serves as an IT liaison for Epic functionality training and applies project management principles to support training initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and education
• Three years of relevant experience
• Epic certification or accreditation in one or more modules
• Knowledge of technical training platforms and authoring tools (e.g., LMS, Articulate, Captivate)
• Experience in analyzing workflows and user competencies in collaboration with operational end-users and SMEs
