Job Summary

To enhance technical training delivery, the full-time salaried Epic Training Analyst Intermediate will configure and maintain Epic Training applications, develop training curriculum, and analyze training data while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, support, and maintain Epic Training applications in collaboration with business operations and IT
• Develop training curriculum and resources based on the Electronic Health Record (EHR) while analyzing new workflows and user competencies
• Evaluate training effectiveness through data analysis and feedback, making necessary curriculum modifications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and education
• Three years of relevant experience
• Epic certification or accreditation in one or more modules
• Proficiency with technical training platforms and authoring tools (e.g., LMS, SharePoint, Articulate)
• Experience in project management principles to support training initiatives
