Epic Training Project Manager

Job Summary

To lead a comprehensive training program for a large-scale Epic implementation, the contract Epic Training Project Manager will manage training execution, oversee the Super User program, and ensure alignment with clinical and operational teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Epic training program in partnership with Epic staff
• Manage training execution, including classroom coordination, scheduling, and materials
• Design and implement post-go-live training and sustainment programs

Required qualifications

• Direct experience supporting at least three full-cycle Epic implementations
• Proven track record of building and leading a training program
• Strong experience managing large-scale classroom training and logistics
• Epic certification in at least one application
• Experience leading Super User programs
