Epic UAT Tester

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Epic UAT Tester, this remote contract position will manage comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Healthcare Cost Estimation platforms while ensuring compliance with federal regulations and aligning business requirements with technical execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute UAT across multiple cost estimation channels, including internal workflows and patient-facing tools
• Create and maintain test cases, document test evidence, and manage defect tracking and resolution
• Conduct regulatory gap analysis and collaborate with IT teams on the implementation of the Drug Pricing Tool

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or UAT Lead in a healthcare environment
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing, patient financial services, and health plan transparency regulations
• Experience with Epic modules and defect-tracking tools like JIRA
• Proven ability to author Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and UAT test scripts
