Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst, this remote contractor position will support, configure, and optimize the Epic Willow Ambulatory module while collaborating with healthcare IT teams and stakeholders to enhance outpatient pharmacy workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for Epic Willow Ambulatory workflows, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Manage daily application support activities, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests
• Configure and optimize Epic Willow Ambulatory modules to support outpatient and specialty pharmacy operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Pharmacy, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Active Epic Willow Ambulatory certification required, with maintenance throughout the engagement
• Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting Epic applications in a healthcare IT environment
• Hands-on experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory configuration, build, and support
• Experience supporting ambulatory pharmacy workflows, including medication ordering and dispensing
