Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst, the remote contractor will support, configure, and optimize the Epic Willow Ambulatory module while managing daily application support activities and collaborating with healthcare stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for Epic Willow Ambulatory workflows, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Manage and prioritize daily application support activities, ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved within defined SLAs
• Configure, build, and optimize Epic Willow Ambulatory modules to support outpatient and specialty pharmacy operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Pharmacy, or a related field OR equivalent relevant work experience
• Active and current Epic Willow Ambulatory certification required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting Epic applications in a healthcare IT environment
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory configuration, build, and support
• Experience supporting ambulatory pharmacy workflows, including medication ordering, dispensing, and inventory processes
