Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst, this remote contractor position will manage daily application support, configuration, and optimization of the Epic Willow Ambulatory module while collaborating with healthcare IT teams and stakeholders across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for Epic Willow Ambulatory workflows, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Manage and prioritize daily application support activities, ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved within defined SLAs
• Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to translate pharmacy needs into effective Epic solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Pharmacy, or a related field OR equivalent relevant work experience
• Active and current Epic Willow Ambulatory certification required; certification must be maintained throughout the engagement
• Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting Epic applications in a healthcare IT environment
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory configuration, build, and support
• Experience supporting ambulatory pharmacy workflows, including medication ordering, dispensing, inventory, and POS processes
