Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst
Job Summary
To support the integration and functionality of Epic outpatient pharmacy software, the remote permanent Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst will design, configure, and test application builds while mentoring junior team members and troubleshooting system issues.
Key responsibilities
- Design, configure, and test Epic Willow Ambulatory application builds
- Troubleshoot system issues and support day-to-day user workflows
- Act as a main point of contact and mentor for the application team
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field; Nursing or BSN highly preferred
- Certification for relevant applications is required upon hire
- Five (5) years of application support experience
- Preferred: Healthcare experience
- Preferred: Two (2) years of project management and/or application lead experience
