Epic Willow Analyst

Job Summary

To support a dynamic healthcare environment, the Epic Willow Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert for inpatient pharmacy application workflows and configurations, managing daily support operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary subject matter expert for Epic Willow Inpatient application workflows and configurations
• Manage and prioritize daily support and maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests
• Collaborate with hospital pharmacists, pharmacy operations teams, and client stakeholders to optimize workflows and ensure alignment with clinical needs

Required Qualifications

• Active Epic Willow Inpatient certification required
• 4+ years of experience in Epic application management and support
• Demonstrated experience with inpatient pharmacy operations and Epic Willow Inpatient configuration
• Experience managing day-to-day EHR support operations and meeting SLA requirements
• Strong understanding of hospital pharmacy workflows and clinical operations
