Epic Willow Analyst

Job Summary

Bringing Epic Willow Ambulatory build experience, the full-time remote Epic Willow Analyst will implement, develop, and maintain the Epic WAM system while collaborating with third-party systems and supporting end-user workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate processes to understand operations and analyze workflows of end users
• Develop, test, deploy, and evaluate interface solutions while ensuring system configurations improve processes and promote patient safety
• Troubleshoot integration/mapping issues and provide on-call support based on application needs

Required qualifications

• Epic Willow Ambulatory build experience and Epic Willow Ambulatory certification are required
• Basic understanding of the Windows environment with a willingness to learn and troubleshoot technologies
• Bachelor's degree is preferred; relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Proven critical thinking skills and follow-through
