Epic Willow Analyst

Job Summary

To support pharmacy operations, the temporary Epic Willow Analyst will design, build, test, implement, and maintain Epic Willow Pharmacy applications while collaborating with clinical and operational teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, build, and maintain Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory applications
• Analyze and troubleshoot application issues, system errors, and workflow challenges
• Collaborate with pharmacists and clinical stakeholders to enhance medication safety and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Epic Willow Pharmacy applications
• Knowledge of pharmacy workflows and clinical operations
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and workflow optimization
• Ability to perform system upgrades and maintenance activities
• Collaboration experience with clinical and operational teams
