Epic Willow Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Epic Willow (Pharmacy Module) and Willow Inventory, the full-time Epic Willow Analyst will design, develop, and maintain pharmacy-related components of Epic while collaborating with end users and leading application projects remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage Epic application design, development, and maintenance activities
• Collaborate with end users to enhance Epic Inpatient Willow workflows
• Lead all phases of small to medium-sized application projects, including upgrades and new functionalities

Required qualifications:

• Epic Willow Inventory Certification
• 2+ years of experience in designing Epic Inpatient Willow workflows
• Experience leading application projects through design, build, and testing phases
• Willingness to work from 8 AM to 4:30 PM EST daily
