Epic Willow Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the design and optimization of Epic Willow Ambulatory applications, the regular full-time Epic Willow Analyst will configure and maintain pharmacy workflows, troubleshoot application issues, and collaborate with clinical teams in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Willow Ambulatory applications and pharmacy workflows
• Analyze outpatient, retail, and specialty pharmacy operations to translate requirements into effective system solutions
• Provide end-user support and training to ensure successful adoption of new workflows and system enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Current Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification required
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Clinical Informatics, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Epic Willow Ambulatory applications within a healthcare environment
• Strong understanding of outpatient, retail, and specialty pharmacy operations
• Experience troubleshooting pharmacy application issues and integration workflows
