Epic Willow Analyst
Job Summary
To support ambulatory pharmacy services, the full-time remote Epic Willow Analyst III will build, configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Willow Ambulatory applications while collaborating with clinical and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Willow Ambulatory applications
- Provide production support and troubleshoot complex application and workflow issues
- Collaborate with pharmacy, nursing, clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to translate workflow requirements into Epic solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program
- Epic Willow Ambulatory certification and hands-on build experience
- 5+ years of healthcare application support experience
- Experience configuring and supporting Epic applications in a healthcare environment
- Demonstrated ability to translate clinical/operational requirements into Epic solutions
